we went to the GREAT WALL OF CHINA (in Ms Soo's voice)

and forbidden city and summer palace and lots of stuff!

we had a SNOWBALL FIGHT!

and the oylmpic village would have been nicer if not for the little erm.... incident. LOL. anyways, i am really happy with my SHOPPING!! though, i wish that they could have given us more time.

and we got 3rd place for our project! woo! we rock! yeah... and the facilitators, Claudine and Kathleen were also really awesome and funny! they made it much better than perth! though perth was also very funn! like in china, we were given a lot more freedom. they would just let us go and then meet at a particular place at some time..

oh and the scavenger hunt was awesome too! they basically gave us a sheet of paper and we were supposed to find out the places we were supposed to go to. they dropped us off at the 1st stop where we shopped a bit and had lunch! and then we took the subway to the next stop where we survey random passers-by in chinese. then we headed to XIU SHUI JIE! omg, i love that place!

though, apparently i suck at bargaining, so basically i just point at the thing i want and then tell Sanjana and Grace how much i am willing to pay for it and then they will 'attack' the sales assistant! THANKS A LOT GUYS!

the food were also good. though it was really sad to leave Claudine and Kathleen and Beijing!

i wish i was still there and the whole RPG could have been there with us.

I am back in Singapore but i left my heart in Beijing.

corny, i know but nonetheless, true. i don't think the other trips will be like that.

oh yah! i 4got about the hotel room. OMG, it was so freaky. see, claudia and i got room 4013, so in chinese, it is actually unlucky numbers. so the first night, everything was fine, but then on the second day, the door latch broke. on the 3rd day, our toilet got clogged up, on the 4th day, i think our aircon was spoilt, and on one of the other days, even though we took the card out, when we came back, the lights were on. SCARY! but we survived!
